EducationUSA Seminar in Dublin: Find out more about Studying in the USA

According to the Open Doors Report on International Educational Exchange, there were over 1,000 Irish students studying in the USA in 2015, with nearly 40% at undergraduate level.

On Saturday 5th March 2016, 10am-1pm, the annual EducationUSA Seminar will take place in IBAT College, Temple Bar, Dublin.

Why, where and how of US Universities

This is an opportunity for students, parents and teachers to find out the why, where and how of US Universities and Colleges.

Chris Medalis, Regional Director of EducationUSA for Northern & Central Europe will be a special guest at the event, he said “Universities and colleges in the US offer excellent opportunities for international students in a whole range of disciplines. The facilities and resources available at many US institutions are unrivalled. Such an experience can really open doors for Irish students in terms of graduate opportunities and standing out from your peers”.

How to research US College and University options

At the Seminar, EducationUSA advisors will explain how to research US College and University options, complete an application, and prepare for entrance exams.

Athletic Scholarships

There will also be a panel discussion on Athletic Scholarships to the US, and a Q&A session.

This is a free event but registration is essential.
